Since 2005, Every Body's Pilates has been serving happy clients ranging from 11 - 99 years young, from couch potatoes to elite athletes to everyone in between, offering private sessions, group reformer classes and mat classes. Reformer classes are held in our charming 100 year old studio with used brick walls and high, wood beamed ceilings.
Jill, the owner, was a corporate paralegal and product planner when she discovered the benefits of Pilates while rehabbing a sports injury. Not only did it eliminate her 24/7 pain and help to avoid surgery, it greatly improved her body, toning and strengthening as nothing else had, giving her more efficient and pain free movement to enjoy all that life has to offer.
That life-changing experience resulted in Jill opening her studio, calling it Every Body's Pilates® because she was often told that "I can't do Pilates because I am ... a man / injured / old / overweight / inflexible / have physical limitations / hate exercise / not a dancer, not rich, etc."
But Jill and all the EBP instructors truly believe in the power of Pilates for "every" body, as it offers all the main components of physical fitness: strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and some cardio. Over the years, we have been thrilled to help students look, feel and perform better through PIlates.
