Our reformer classes are based on experience level so you can confidently build on your abilities as you progress. You will increase your muscular strength, flexibility and range of motion, while also improving alignment, coordination and tone. The result will be a more uniformly developed and efficient body for every activity you do, from work to play.
Our Pilates mat classes are an incredible way to tone and strengthen your body by using your own body weight as resistance. Done on the floor like yoga, but with a more dynamic pace, mat exercises work the entire body, with a focus on strengthening the core abdominal, back, gluteal and pelvic floor muscles. Mat improves flexibility, posture, and balance for all daily living activities.
Individual private sessions can be for one student ("private") to three students ("duet/trio") and are ideal if you have specific goals or conditions you want to focus on or if you prefer more personalized Pilates private training. our specialty is in Pilates for beginners and post-rehab work, but we serve everyone from couch potatoes to elite athletes.
